Iced Cookies – Christmas Tree Collection 

You’ll be making from scratch a stunning collection of Iced Christmas tree cookies.  We’ll start by making the vanilla cookies, using a delicious recipe.  Each of you making your own batch. You’ll learn how to make the perfect royal icing and understand the correct consistency for line icing and flood icing.  Together we will look at the technique for creating different decorative styles and patterns to cover your biscuits.

At the end of the session everyone will leave with a delicious, festive collection of Iced Christmas tree cookies, which will be boxed up in a stylish Baker & Chef tin and Bag.   The perfect gift.
