Christmas Cookies

In this class you’ll be taught 6 different biscuit recipes, including shortbreads, hobnobs, gingerbreads and melting moments.  You’ll then decorate them in an individual festive style (3 of each type) leaving you with 18 biscuits in total. For the decorations we’ll use a variety of methods including fondant icing, royal icing and sprinkles to give you an unforgettable baking and decorating experience.

A really gorgeous selection of Christmas Biscuits which we’ll box up in a Baker & Chef Tin and bag.  Who will you share them with?
