Floral Cupcakes - Classic Collection
In this class you’ll each be given 12 pre-baked Baker & Chef vanilla cupcakes, ready for you to start decorating. You’ll learn the techniques to pipe 6 different flowers (creating two of each), using American buttercream. The flowers include:
Open Peony
Hydrangea
Ranunculus
Tulip
Rose
Chrysanthemum
We’ll show you how to make the perfect American Buttercream to the correct consistency for piping flowers. We’ll talk you through all the various piping nozzles which we’ll be using and demonstrate the piping technique for each flower and all the tips and tricks. This class is ideally suited to those bakers who’ve had some experience of using a piping bag before. You’ll leave with 12 beautiful cupcakes boxed up, and presented in our very own Baker & Chef Bag.
